It's Wedding Season!

It's that time of year again...wedding season! Brides and Grooms to be are preparing for their big day. It's a very exciting time. Brides are running around finding the perfect dress, looking for the right rings, should it be a dj or a band, photographers, the cake (can't forget the cake!) and the list goes on.

It's very important to capture every moment of your big day! The bride getting ready with her maid of honor and bridesmaids and sharing their moments. The look of the groom waiting for his bride to walk up the aisle. The shy flower girl walking down the aisle with rose petals in her basket, and of course when the bride and groom finally say "I do," as the guests are pulling out their tissues, it truly is an emotional and exciting time.

Two Dudes with Cameras are one of my favorite photographers. Check out these wedding photos and you will see what I am talking about. The photos speak for themselves!

My favorite is the Bride and Bridesmaid photo! They are having so much fun!

Here are some photos from Zero G

Their mission is to make the public accessible to space in a fun
adventurous way! Two Dudes photographed a wedding on
one of their flights! What a fun way to get hitched! :)

Jillian Michael's 30 Day Slimdown

What a great feeling I get after a work out with Jillian Michael's video on TV. She really does an amazing job training all the contestants on The Biggest Loser. It's amazing to see the before and after photos. It shows the hard work and commitment each contestant has to push for their goals! They are all inspirations!

I work out at home, before my daughter gets up (sometimes she wakes up and watches me while she is half asleep) :) I actually show her some of the exercises, then later on that night she gets into her "workout outfit" and works out with me, it is really cute!

I wanted to share with you a couple of the programs I have exercised to.
I have worked out to 30 Day Shred: Level 1, No More Trouble Zones and 30 Day Shred: Level 2.

New Year New YOU....Whole Body Cleanse

Since we have been talking about getting healthy, New Year New YOU! This is another great way to feel great! It's called cleansing. My husband and I cleanse every season - Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall! (at least we try to each season!) It's a wonderful way to rejuvenate the body with unwanted toxins. It gets rid of the air pollution that you soak up everyday. As well as the drinks and food we consume especially over the holiday season.

The product we use is called Whole Body Cleanse! It's a 3 product kit and it takes 2 week.

Milk Thistle stimulates toxin-clearing bile flow.
Fiber Fusion™ daily cleansing fiber binds to toxins so they don't get reabsorbed into your bloodstream
The Laxative Formula gently purges the intestines of built up toxins, makes sure the toxins are carried out of your body for thorough detoxification.

There are certain foods and drinks that you have to cut down on, like caffeine, alcohol, wheat, cold cuts, meat, peanuts, soy. Drink 64 ounces of water a day and they encourage you to eat more salads. We did cut down on all of these and it really worked! We felt great after the 2 weeks!

If your interested check out their website
at Whole Body Cleanse
They also have many other products wonderful products to choose from.

Hope you are happy with the results as much as we are!

As they say: 4 Seasons, 4 Reasons to Cleanse!

Happy New Year! New Year - New YOU!

Hope everyone enjoyed their holidays! New year means a fresh start! So with that said, I decided to get back into health, regular exercising, eating healthier, drinking lots of water and taking my daily vitamins. My husband and I did some research on what is the best vitamins out there and this is what we found, a vitamin called ALIVE. You take it 3 times a day with water. I suggest you take it after your meals, since it can give a bit of nausea.

Some interesting facts about this vitamin:
Alive!® supplements are the ultimate Whole Food Energizers™-- with more invigorating nutrients from more natural sources than any other product.

  • 29 Vitamins & Minerals
  • 24 Fruits & Veggies
  • 14 Green Foods
  • 18 Amino Acids
  • 12 Digestive Enzymes
  • 10 Essential Fatty Acids
  • 12 Organic Mushrooms

#1 Mega Nutrient. Alive! represents the new thinking in supplements for daily health and energy, with a greater diversity of specially balanced nutrients from three important areas:
  1. daily essentials
  2. botanical energizers
  3. system defenders including antioxidants

Quickly Absorbed. Alive! products are specially formulated for easy digestion and absorption into the bloodstream. Even the tablets break up quickly in the digestive tract. In comparison tests with other whole food brands, Alive! tablets were the only ones to completely disintegrate in 20 minutes or less (the proper time to ensure uptake into the body). Other brands took up to 5 times longer.

The cost is for 180 tablets is around $20.00. Really inexpensive for the amount of nutrition you receive everyday.

And for the ladies, it really helps with PMS symptoms! BONUS! :)
